While recruiting for a Fortune 100 company, I watched many qualified candidates fail in the application and interview processes because they did not know how to market themselves. Both full-time career changers and graduate school applicants had the experience and the grades, but could not format a basic résumé successfully or perform in the interview proficiently. Success depends on submitting on-time, high quality deliverables and acing the interview. That is where I come in.

After graduating from The University of Florida (UF), I worked in various industries including advertising, sales, recruitment, and development. In addition, I am an on-demand speaker on topics such as résumé writing, interview preparation, and elevator speeches. Also, while at Northwestern Mutual, I interviewed more than 750 full-time and student candidates for career and internship positions.
