While recruiting for a Fortune 100 company, I met so many great people who were struggling to land a job because of their résumé and interview skills, so I decided to switch sides.
Success depends on submitting on-time, high quality deliverables and acing the interview. Also, nowadays, you need to build a strong brand on LinkedIn, network strategically, and communicate effectively throughout the hiring process.
After graduating from The University of Florida (UF), I developed expertise in advertising, sales, and recruitment. I interviewed hundreds of candidates and served as an on-demand speaker on topics, such as résumé writing and interview preparation.
A few years ago, I returned to UF and earned my MBA to advance my skills and expertise. I also became a Certified Professional Résumé Writer™ and have personally written over 1,000 resumes that worked.
